Had a great time with friends! The hotel was fresh, and we loved the comfy rooms. We visited Lingfield Park Racecourse and the nearby golf club. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it for a weekend getaway!
The food was quite pricey and not great. Breakfast could definitely be improved.

Comfy stay for a night
We had a nice time! The place felt fresh and new, which was cool. Rooms are on the smaller side, but comfy. The shower rocks, and so do the pillows. Staff were super chill and helped us out, especially Gihan. The food was fab too, both dinner and the tasty breakfast. Just gotta mention the noise from outside—totally disrupted our sleep.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable, and it was so convenient being a short walk from Crawley Museum and the lovely Crawley Memorial Gardens, perfect for a stroll and taking in the scenery. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the clean and comfortable room with modern design, which made for a relaxing retreat after my explorations, but the mattresses were a bit firmer than I prefer.

we booked the ibis styles after our flight got canceled n the staff was super helpful. check-in was easy n fast, makin it a breeze to get to our comfy room. breakfast had a good selection n the cleanliness of the place was top-notch. overall, it felt really cozy n well taken care of.
however, the shuttle bus to the airport is not included n you gotta pay cash. also, the room had some noise from planes, which was kinda annoying.

Standard Double Room features modern decor and a decent size, making it suitable for catching some Z's before a flight. The pillows are fluffy and soft, which felt nice after a long journey.
The bed tends to be on the hard side, though it didn’t bother me too much post-flight. The hotel sits in an industrial area, so there isn’t much nearby for entertainment, just a place to sleep before moving on. Parking costs a steep £25 for a night, which can add up quickly. I noticed the restaurant service can drag at times, making it less than ideal for a quick meal. Lastly, the taxi service through the hotel can be pricier than expected, as I experienced a charge higher than what was initially quoted.
